Resources for GCSE and A Level

We have a team of dedicated, expert curriculum designers. They have designed our books, workbooks, homework sheets, tests and assignments for the teaching and learning process: specifically targeted to cater to individual needs.

Our resources meet the specifications of the National Curriculum. GCSE and A Level resources are tailored to ensure the content and pattern needed for all major exam boards (AQA, OCR, CIE, WJEC and EDEXCEL), is included.

Homework and Supervised Study

Regular homework is an integral part of our teaching system. All students are expected to spend as many hours each week for home study as they do within the classroom. Students are encouraged to use the centre’s spacious study facilities. Exam revision and practising the skills necessary to succeed at exams are key parts of our homework and supervised study curriculum. 

Examination Practice

Extensive exam practice, under timed conditions, is an essential part of preparing for GCSE and A level exams. Weekly or fortnightly tests are a key feature of all our courses, and a critical factor in the success of our students. These tests help both students and tutors identify areas of strength and areas for improvement and introduce new strategies to deal with any barriers to success. This process helps our students gain the confidence and techniques necessary to succeed in their examinations.

Intensive Revision Sessions

These sessions focus on past exam papers and exam techniques. It is the perfect way to prepare students and make the most of the days and weeks leading up to those all-important exams.

Regular Mock Exams

Mock exams are arranged on a regular basis. Taking regular mock exams, that is part of an improvement cycle, helps students to develop the knowledge and skills they need to walk into their final exams with confidence.
